Refund Policy

Low Enrollment & Emergency Cancellations

Health Heroes Academy reserves the right to cancel a class at any time due to low enrollment or unforeseen events such as severe weather, instructor illness/injury, or family emergencies. In such cases, we will make every reasonable attempt to contact all registered participants. Students affected by a cancellation will receive priority enrollment in the next available class and may choose to either reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cancellations (Student-Initiated)

When you register and pay for a public training class, your seat is reserved. This guarantees your place in the class and certification upon successful completion in accordance with our e-Card policy.

  • 72+ hours before class: Refunds are available, less a $5 administrative fee.

  • Within 72 hours of class or for missed classes: No refunds are issued. You may reschedule for a future class by paying a $20 rescheduling fee.

  • Online courses, keycodes, and URLs: Non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable.

To cancel, email your request and explanation to healthheroesmke@gmail.com.

If Health Heroes Academy cancels a class and rescheduling cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued. If a student is terminated from the program due to violations of the student code of conduct, attendance, or academic policy, no refunds will be provided.

No-Show Policy

Students who fail to attend their scheduled class and do not reschedule in advance will be considered a no-show and forfeit their registration fee. No-shows may re-enroll by paying the $20 rescheduling fee. Exceptions may be considered for documented emergencies.
